DMD insulation paper, full name is polyester film + polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material (abbreviated as: DMD, Dual-layer or Double-layer Insulation Material), is a kind of flexible composite insulation material commonly used in electrical equipment. It is composed of a layer of polyester film (PET) sandwiched between two layers of polyester fiber non-woven fabric, which is compounded by gluing or hot pressing.
