FR4 insulating rod is a high-performance insulating material widely used in electronics, electrical, machinery and other fields. It is made of glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and then cured under high temperature and high pressure. It has excellent insulation properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability.
Insulating properties
High insulation resistance: FR4 insulating rods have extremely high insulation resistance, which can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure safe use in high voltage environments. Generally, its surface resistance and volume resistance are at very high levels, which can meet the insulation requirements of most electrical equipment.
Low dielectric constant: Its dielectric constant is usually between 4 and 5, which allows it to reduce signal loss and distortion in high-frequency circuits and is suitable for applications such as insulating supports and circuit boards in electronic equipment.
