Product Description
1050 aluminum coil belongs to series 1 pure aluminum alloy with an aluminum content of over 99.5% (the international standard is a minimum aluminum content of 99.5%). It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and strong plasticity, so it is widely used in scenarios that do not require high strength but require high ductility and oxidation resistance.

Product advantages of 1050 aluminum coil:
Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity:
The high aluminum content and electrical conductivity of up to 62% make it the preferred material for power transmission and heat dissipation applications.
Excellent corrosion resistance:
The dense oxide film formed on the surface after oxidation of aluminum can effectively prevent corrosion by oxygen or moisture in the air.
Good formability:
It has high ductility and is suitable for deep drawing, bending and other processing processes, and can meet the manufacturing needs of complex parts.
Affordable:
Series 1 aluminum alloys are relatively low-priced, have low processing costs and are cost-effective.
Light weight:
The density of aluminum is only 1/3 of steel, which greatly reduces the overall weight of transportation and use.
