Food-grade yellow kraft paper is mainly made of natural wood pulp. Usually, unbleached wood pulp is used, which retains the original color of the wood and shows a natural yellow color. Its source is generally sustainably harvested softwood or hardwood, ensuring the environmental protection of the raw materials.
Production process
During the production process, wood pulp goes through processes such as pulping and papermaking. During the beating process, the wood pulp fibers are moderately cut and split to give them good interweaving properties, thereby improving the strength of the paper. When making paper, the processed wood pulp is evenly distributed on the wire section of the paper machine, and goes through steps such as dehydration, pressing and drying to form kraft paper. The entire production process minimizes the use of chemical additives to ensure that it meets food grade standards.
