Product Description
NMN insulation paper is a three-layer composite insulation material, made of two layers of DuPont Nomex® aramid paper and a layer of high-quality polyester film (PET Film). It combines the high temperature resistance and mechanical strength of aramid paper with the excellent dielectric properties of PET film, making it an ideal electrical insulation material for transformers, motors and electrical equipment.
- High Strength: It has a very high strength, showing greater toughness and tensile properties compared to traditional paper. For example, the fiber rope made of it can bear a pulling force of up to 20 tons, which is 2.5 times that of a steel cable of the same specification.
- High Temperature Resistance: It can remain stable in high-temperature environments. The long-term temperature resistance is generally around 200°C, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 220°C - 230°C. It can be applied in various high-temperature scenarios such as in the engine compartments of automobiles and in high-temperature processes in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
- Flame Retardancy: It is inherently flame-retardant and extinguishes immediately when removed from the fire source, which can effectively prevent the spread of fires and improve the safety of use. It is widely used in fields with high fire prevention requirements such as aerospace and rail transit.
- Insulation: It has good insulation properties and can be used in the electrical and electronic fields, such as for manufacturing the insulation materials of electrical equipment like transformers, motors, and reactors.
