Product Description

Product Description

This product is made from alkali-free fiberglass woven fabric, coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, and plasticized to form an electrical insulation lacquer tube.

  1. Manufactured according to the national standard GB7116-86, model 2715-III.
  2. Appearance: The coating of the lacquer tube is uniform, with a smooth surface, and should not have any defects that affect the product's performance.
  3. Length: 1000mm, with a tolerance of ±10mm.
  4. The inner diameter and wall thickness shall meet or exceed the standards specified in the table below.
  5. Performance standards: (1) Temperature resistance: 105°C (2) Bend after heat treatment: No cracking or detachment of the coating. (3) Flexibility at low temperatures: No cracking or detachment of the coating. (4) Breakdown voltage: Median value 2500V, not less than 1500V at room temperature.
