The thermostat uses a bimetal disc as a heat-sensitive response component. When the temperature of the main part of the product changes, heat is transferred to the bimetal disc. When the operating temperature set value is reached, the bimetal disc moves quickly, and the contacts are opened or closed through the mechanism, thereby connecting or disconnecting the circuit to achieve temperature control. When the temperature drops to the recovery temperature of the dish-shaped bimetallic piece, the bimetallic piece instantly returns to its original shape, and the moving and fixed contacts resume connection..

Action temperature range: usually - 50ºC~270ºC, optional according to needs, temperature accuracy ≥±2ºC.
