Product Description

Single-phase transformers are widely used as distribution transformers in developed Western countries, Southeast Asia, North and South America. In a distributed power distribution network, single-phase transformers have great advantages as distribution transformers. It can reduce the length of low-voltage distribution lines, reduce line losses, and improve power supply quality.
The transformer adopts an efficient and energy-saving coiled core structure design and a column-mounted hanging installation method. It has a small size, small infrastructure investment, and reduces the low-voltage power supply radius, which can reduce low-voltage line losses by more than 60%. It is suitable for rural power grids, remote mountainous areas, scattered villages, agricultural production, lighting and power electricity, and can also be used for energy-saving transformation of column-mounted distribution lines in railways and urban power grids.
 Structural features
1. The high-voltage coil is wound with high-quality polyurethane enameled round copper wire, and the low-voltage coil is wound with cable paper wrapped wire. The interlayer insulation uses glue paper, which begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, producing an adhesion effect, and begins to solidify as the temperature rises, so that the adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit to prevent the displacement of the coil winding, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure

2. Iron core
The single-phase wound iron core is made of grain-oriented silicon steel sheets or amorphous alloy silicon steel sheets, which can ensure that the direction of magnetic flux flow is consistent with the grain orientation of the silicon steel sheets, so that the excellent performance of the material can be fully utilized, the no-load loss is far lower than the standard requirements, and it is fastened with a special iron core curing paint, which further effectively reduces the noise level of the transformer

3. Use a cylindrical oil tank with a fully sealed structure to enhance operational reliability and maintenance-free normal operation.
4. Other features:
One (or two) high-voltage bushings are led out from the box cover, and the bushings contain current-limiting fuses. It is equipped with one (or two) lightning arresters, which are installed on the box wall, with the ends close to the outlet end of the high-voltage bushing and connected with copper strips. It is equipped with a secondary circuit breaker, which is installed in the box. The box wall is equipped with an external operating handle, overload reset and signal light. The low-voltage bushing is led out from the box wall, X2 is equipped with a grounding device, and the high-voltage winding of the single bushing is led out through the high-voltage bushing at one end and grounded at the other end. The single-phase pole-mounted distribution transformer developed by our company is mainly for foreign export projects. It can be customized with a capacity of 3~333KVA, an input voltage of 33000/30000/17321/13800/7620/6930/6350V, a frequency of 50HZ or 60HZ, and implements IEEE C57, ANSI C57, IEC76, GB10318 and other standards.
