S11-M Series Fully Sealed Oil-Immersed Power Transformers

The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers, developed and manufactured by our company, offer advantages such as low energy loss, low noise, and high efficiency. These features ensure excellent energy-saving performance and reduced environmental impact.

Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed design eliminates the need for an oil conservator. Variations in oil volume are automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated fins on the tank. This design isolates the transformer from air, preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and enabling maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.

Product Features

  1. Low Core Loss and Noise Reduction

    • The transformer core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
    • The core is securely clamped to ensure tightness, further minimizing noise levels.
  2. High-Quality Winding Materials

    • The high- and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper.
    • Low-voltage windings up to 500 kVA adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those of 630 kVA and above use double- or quadruple-helical structures.
    • High-voltage windings feature a multi-layer cylindrical structure for enhanced performance.
  3. Improved Power Quality

    • The transformer uses a Dyn11 connection group to reduce harmonic interference and improve the quality of power supply.
  4. Fully Sealed Structure

    • The fully sealed design extends the transformer's service life, eliminating the need for core inspection or maintenance.
  5. Low Noise Compliance

    • Measured noise levels are below industry standards, ensuring quiet operation.
