Weshare's epoxy glass cloth laminate has excellent electrical insulation properties and can effectively prevent current leakage, short circuits and electrical faults. It is widely used in high-voltage power equipment, transformers, switch cabinets and other fields.
Processing technology
• Cutting: FR4 fiberglass panels can be cut to the desired size and shape using mechanical cutting tools such as saws, cutters, etc. For thinner plates, laser cutting can also be used, which can achieve more precise and complex cutting shapes, and the cutting edge quality is better 4.
• Drilling: Drill holes of various specifications on FR4 fiberglass boards through drilling equipment for installing electronic components, fixing screws, etc. When drilling, attention must be paid to controlling the drilling speed and feed amount to avoid defects such as delamination and cracks, which will affect product performance 4.
• Grinding: Using grinding equipment to polish the surface of the plate can improve the surface finish and flatness to meet some high requirements.
