Epoxy resin mica tape is a composite insulating material, mainly made of natural mica flakes and epoxy resin combined by a special process. Epoxy resin is used to improve the bonding force, mechanical strength and thermal stability of the material, while mica provides excellent electrical insulation and high temperature resistance. This product is widely used in insulation protection of high-voltage electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, generators, etc.
Product advantages
Mica tape has excellent insulation properties: Mica tape has extremely high insulation resistance and voltage resistance, which can effectively prevent short circuits, leakage and other faults in electrical equipment. In high-voltage electrical equipment, mica tape is an indispensable insulating material.
Mica tape has excellent high temperature resistance: it can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments, and the long-term use temperature can reach 500°C or even higher. This makes mica tape widely used in high-temperature motors, transformers and other equipment.
