Product Description
 
Insulation Aramid Paper is a high-performance electrical insulation material made from aramid fibers. It offers excellent dielectric strength, thermal resistance, and mechanical durability, making it ideal for demanding electrical applications.
 The performance of aramid paper is almost the same as that of imported Nomex paper, but the price is cheaper.
Performance Characteristics:
 
  • High Strength: It has a very high strength, showing greater toughness and tensile properties compared to traditional paper. For example, the fiber rope made of it can bear a pulling force of up to 20 tons, which is 2.5 times that of a steel cable of the same specification.
  • High Temperature Resistance: It can remain stable in high-temperature environments. The long-term temperature resistance is generally around 200°C, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 220°C - 230°C. It can be applied in various high-temperature scenarios such as in the engine compartments of automobiles and in high-temperature processes in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
  • Flame Retardancy: It is inherently flame-retardant and extinguishes immediately when removed from the fire source, which can effectively prevent the spread of fires and improve the safety of use. It is widely used in fields with high fire prevention requirements such as aerospace and rail transit.
  • Insulation: It has good insulation properties and can be used in the electrical and electronic fields, such as for manufacturing the insulation materials of electrical equipment like transformers, motors, and reactors.
