Greaseproof Paper Baking is a greaseproof paper specifically designed for baking purposes. It is made from specially treated paper pulp and has properties that prevent oil from penetrating, playing an important role in the baking process.
1. Product features
-Oil repellent properties
Its core property is excellent oil resistance. When baking foods containing a lot of grease, such as biscuits, pies, fried foods, etc., greaseproof paper can effectively prevent grease from penetrating through the paper, keeping baking sheets or other baking utensils clean and reducing subsequent cleaning work.
-Heat resistance
Usually can withstand certain high temperatures. Greaseproof paper will not burn or decompose at normal baking temperatures (e.g. 180 - 220°C) and can be safely used in the oven. However, different brands and types of greaseproof paper may have slightly different degrees of heat resistance.
-Breathability
Greaseproof paper is breathable, which helps steam and heat circulate better during the baking process, ensuring that food is evenly heated and cooked. For example, when baking bread, breathability allows the moisture inside the bread to escape in the form of steam, making the bread soft and delicious.
