Product structure and principle

1.Toroidal core: The core component of a toroidal transformer is the toroidal core, which is usually made of silicon steel sheets or amorphous alloys with high magnetic permeability. This annular structure makes the magnetic field distribution more uniform and reduces magnetic leakage.

2.Winding coil: The primary coil and the secondary coil are evenly wound on the toroidal core. Windings usually use high-strength enameled wire to ensure good insulation and conductive properties.

3.Insulating materials: To prevent short circuits between coils, the toroidal transformer uses multiple layers of insulating materials for isolation to ensure electrical safety.

Working principle

When AC power is connected to the primary coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the toroidal core. Due to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the secondary coil will induce a corresponding voltage. By properly designing the turns ratio of the primary and secondary coils, the voltage can be increased or decreased.
