Domestic Aramid Paper is a high-performance fiber new material with the following characteristics and advantages:

 

Raw Materials and Preparation Process: It mainly uses aramid chopped fibers and aramid fibrid fibers as raw materials. The paper is prepared through the wet-forming technique and then finished at a high temperature.

 

Performance Characteristics:

 

• High Strength: It has a very high strength, showing greater toughness and tensile properties compared to traditional paper. For example, the fiber rope made of it can bear a pulling force of up to 20 tons, which is 2.5 times that of a steel cable of the same specification.
• High Temperature Resistance: It can remain stable in high-temperature environments. The long-term temperature resistance is generally around 200°C, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 220°C - 230°C. It can be applied in various high-temperature scenarios such as in the engine compartments of automobiles and in high-temperature processes in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
• Flame Retardancy: It is inherently flame-retardant and extinguishes immediately when removed from the fire source, which can effectively prevent the spread of fires and improve the safety of use. It is widely used in fields with high fire prevention requirements such as aerospace and rail transit.
