PVDF Valves feature corrosion resistance, lightweight design, and wear resistance, making them suitable for transporting acids, alkalis, saline solutions, and high-purity media. The product complies with international food-grade certification standards, making it ideal for food manufacturing and potable water systems. The valve's precision design ensures accurate flow control, suitable for complex industrial processes.
Application Range and Structural Features:
This valve is suitable for cutting off the flow of corrosive media in the transport process, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 140°C.All parts are assembled from PVDF injection-molded components, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
The sealing ring is made of F4, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and extending the service life.
The valve operates smoothly and is easy to use.
The media typically being transported are strong acids and alkalis. The integrated ball valve has fewer leakage points, high strength, and easy installation and disassembly.
UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride):
Temperature Range: -10°C to 70°C
CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride):
Temperature Range: -40°C to 95°C
RPP (Reinforced Polypropylene):
Temperature Range: -20°C to 90°C
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride):
Ball Valve Installation and Use:
When connecting the flanges at both ends to the pipeline, tighten the bolts evenly to prevent flange deformation, which could lead to leaks. Turn the handle clockwise to close the valve and counterclockwise to open it.
The valve is designed for on/off flow control only and is not suitable for flow regulation. Liquids containing hard particles may cause scratches on the ball surface.
