The film-wrapped wire, with its protective PI film coating, enhances the wire's insulation strength, improving its ability to withstand bending and mechanical stress. It ensures compliance with the specified creepage distance, increases voltage withstand strength, and improves radiation resistance, temperature resistance (both high and low), chemical corrosion resistance, and lubrication performance. Additionally, it boosts the "Q" factor and reduces leakage inductance. This makes it suitable for replacing the three-layer insulation in certain high-frequency transformer products, meeting safety regulations. The breakdown voltage of the film-wrapped wire can exceed 5kV, making it suitable for operating frequencies between 10kHz and 5MHz, particularly in environments where the skin effect and proximity effect losses in single wires are excessively high.
 

Types of Outer Wrapping Materials:

• PET Film: Transparent color, suitable for direct soldering, temperature rating up to 155°C, custom colors available such as black, red, blue, or other colors.
• PEN Film: Transparent color, suitable for direct soldering, temperature rating above 180°C.
• PI Film: Brown, polyimide film, not suitable for direct soldering, temperature rating above 200°C.
• F4 Film: Milky white PTFE film, not suitable for direct soldering, temperature rating above 180°C. It has lower flexibility than PI film but offers superior properties.
